While we acknowledge that transitions in leadership can bring challenges, we are committed to fostering a culture of trust, respect, and transparent communication. We understand that some employees may feel uncertain during times of change, and we actively work to ensure that all voices are heard and that all employees feel recognized and appreciated.
At the same time, we’re encouraged by our most recent employee engagement score of 93%, which is 20 points above the U.S. benchmark and up 5 points from the previous score. This tells us that most of our team members feel positive about their work environment, and we’re proud of the progress we’ve made together. However, we also recognize that engagement scores don’t tell the whole story, and we are listening closely to all feedback—positive and critical alike.
