I have been with USB Memory Direct for 7 years, and still find myself excited to come in everyday. I started working here in an entry level role providing support to the sales department creating digital mockups for our customers. During my first year, I was able to get a crash course on how a small business meets daily challenges and exceeds the expectations of their customers. Encouraged to be curious, my input was valued and rewarded. The CEO and CTO both listen to their employees and work to create a balanced and positive workplace. This atmosphere of encouragement is the reason I believe USB Memory Direct to be a great place to work.
