10yUSG Insurance Services has always strived to create a culture of education, participation, and success for its employees. We agree that insurance is a relationship driven business, but cannot discount the impact that technology has had in the transformation of our industry and the talent that exists in it. The system is designed to create efficiencies and access to information, making the sales process more comprehensive and beneficial. We spend a great deal of time on training and impactful discussions to enhance our workflows and systems. While we find this former employee's experience disappointing, we will use it as a reminder to continue on the path of our continued success and growth through training and enhancement to the information provided to our staff; noting that we have found the dependency on systems over people to not exist in other reviews, nor in the method in which we encourage the role our staff plays in the sales process.
