Promised bonuses never materialized; raises were non-existent; the HR annual performance review process is a disaster. Worst of all is the leadership, beginning with the cult of personality surrounding the CEO, to the ongoing squabbling among the leadership team. Culture is negative and non-motivational. Steer clear!!
