      This is like a big family. Really wonderful employees that actually like each other and collaborate. Everyone works hard and managers are hands on so support is easy to get here. They have some good perks for us and the Benefits are generous.

      I think the downside is our niche in the market means that we are under a lot of pressure for time and production. That can be hard to handle when customers are upset and demanding.

Additionally, management engages in excessive micromanagement, including monitoring breaks and lunch periods, despite employees being salaried professionals.
