Managers are unknown about the process, they can't help you in any of your issues or concerns. Bureaucracy oriented company. You'll be routed to table to table for any issue without any solution. Worst medical insurance policy. Nothing is in favor of an employee. They will give you an email ID, and everyday you'll get thousand of unnecessary emails. Most of the managers and employees are only from Kerala and they have their own gang, they won't interact with anyone who is from other part of India.
