compensation is very low Appraisal process is not transparent Senior management doesn't care what employees are going through, they will appear at times of work & vanish when employee has concerns interms of compensation, role, designation. Its not my personal experience, many of my project mates feel the same. HR is for name sake, admin team works like a Govt entity and they take ages to solve employee query
