All, starting with the HR area, they don´t follow any methodology, standardized process. they start since the first day with threats, by the resources area, there are no control of assets, you can´t have access to any page on the internet, curious thing this is an information company that has fears of the information, everything is forbiden, ugly dress code, no tools to develope your work, only the CIO has a parking spot, other employers have to pay to park on a very expensive zone, very bad benefits or none at all.
