I like who I worked with and I really enjoy the programming and hands on technical work. Hours are pretty flexible. Can work from home if I need to.

Often have to work a little longer than I intended, have to take turns with an on-call tech support cell phone to keep with me at home. So I’m probably not getting paid as much as I’d like per hour because of the number of hours I put in. Also starting pay was low and I’m not sure my raises have kept up with inflation. Though the most recent raise has gotten closer.

Unpredictable job environment. Indecisive and unenthusiastic management. Poor employee retention & poor company culture lead to cliques and exclusion.
