Simply put you never have back up and the mentoring is terrible you are just placed wherever and you do your best never any chance for advancement or pay increase. Their saying is there is someone around the corner that would love to take your job. They use the economy to keep you down and also try to pit others against each other instead of all working together for a common goal.
