Creative ways to boost morale work/life balance is hard toachieve by the system we have now to go thruogh to get time off. We understand that service levels are important. We want to be with our customers. But we need stretch assignments that can develope us. The coach and managers understand this but because of the chages (for the better I might add), I could go on and on.
