Senior leadership VP level and above have hidden agenda's and play favorites instead of rewarding performance. They do not respect managers that get the job done by creativity anymore, it is one way and if you do not agree you are put in bad light. Not a place for experianced or tenured profesionals the company seems to cater to thirty and under managers.
