They say there is open communication, but they fired one guy at a nearby store because he spoke his mind. THERE IS NO OPEN COMMUNCATION, you open up about you feel about whatever and they will fire you. They change policies every month it seems, andtheyroll out new requirements for customers every month. Upper management (Executive level) roll out whatever comes to their mind that day and while the people in customer-facing roles deal with the push back and complaints. The commission structure changes 3 times while I was there. Its just chaos all the time and no one seems to care what happens to you as an employee.
