The entire organization is always focused on the customer. All levels of management will make time to have discussions for professional development and provide their opinions on the direction of projects.
Svantaggi
1) Upper levels of management (Area Sales Managers, Senior Managers, and above) lack accountability. They enjoy delegation but will not take responsibility for their actions nor do make timely decisions. 2) Take "diversity" actions too far. Promotions are based on race/gender/etc more than qualifications.
