Benefits are amazing compared to most jobs in my area especially for someone my age. Other associates are awesome to be around and I enjoy working with them.

Terrible pay structure. All other carriers pretty much bring you up to about $20 an hour within a yeah of being with the company plus the commission changes made it to where my commission checks have been a quarter of what they used to be for getting the same amount of sales. Management is absolutely terrible and does nothing but makes you feel like you’re a terrible person and aren’t worth anything if you aren’t shoving products down a customers throat and pitching everything possible even if they aren’t eligible for the product in the first place. On top of my manager having no idea how to use the systems so we as the associates who have been here longer are stuck doing training losing out on sales opportunities Becuase they aren’t trained to do their job HR is also horrible and are not on your side what so ever as I and other associates have had multiple issues and instead of them being brought up anonymously the manager gets told every single time and nothing gets done about it. Customers are terrible but they have every right to be, in my area USCellular does not have 5g and has given us 0 date as to when it will be up and after shutting down the 3g towers we have lost most of our coverage in rural areas causing multiple customers daily to switch to a different carrier.
