To maintain the highest quality work for our clients full-time positions will only be offered to the most capable individuals who undergo the 4 weeks training. The purpose of the 5th floor training room, where trainees are located, is to separate the newest staff from the more seasoned staff, who are on the 6th floor. Trainees are surrounded by a small number of staff who are quite new to USource (so they can learn more), as well as some senior managers to share their advice and expertise.
