To get the chance of being promoted you gave to speak to the team lead or directly with the director. If you try to leave, they at least ask the reason why and if it.s in their power, they do try to propose a better offer. It is a good place to work if you do not have something better

The management is bad. There is no communication with the people. The pay was received ON time only 2-3 times in 4 years that i have been working there. I hate that to get something (like money for gas to go do your job or you have a delegation in another city) you have to talk and ask a lot of people... And exchange tons of mails)

Challenging projects, wide area of activities, good work conditions, some people are really high professional and open mind persons.

Low level of application of the project management techniques and tools for planning and controlling projects, no PMO, no risk methodology in place, missing real key targets for change in organization and projects. Focus is on how to get nice reports, not to identify and communicate real problems.
