-Scapegoating -Belligerent management and senior staff -Ever changing direction and temperament from management -Toxic culture -Drab office space -401k vesting period is 6 years. Not bad in itself, but the environment makes it hard to last that long. Some aggression and abuse tactics from management, inclusive of changing or unclear expectations for teams, and a certain amount of rule by fear. Poor structure with changing responsibilities, widespread scapegoating, crabs-in-barrel mentality, damaging gossip and poor communication. The bad tone is set by management, and almost encouraged among staff. Saw games being played with more than a few people's jobs. It results in a toxic culture and makes the simplest projects aggravating to work on and longer to complete than necessary. I won't rant, as other reviews get into the antics that happen here. A few current and former employees shared cause for concern working here, but I chocked it up to the fact that no company is perfect and perhaps they were disgruntled. But if I could go back in time, I'd reconsider. You have to decide for yourself though. I will say that a few folks did try to improve the structure, process, and bring positivity. Many of them left, as the bad outweighed the good. If you're applying for admin or this is your first job, you could fare pretty well here. It's the core teams that seem to get the nonsense. There seems to be little incentive for management to change this for internal improvement since the clients seem to be ticking off their "multicultural" box, and there's a revolving door for people who their talent used elsewhere.
