I still can’t believe how different education looks now than when I was a kid. It’s incredible. UWorld is doing literally the entire world an incredible service and I just feel lucky to play a small role in that. It’s a great place to work, especially if you love to learn.

Right now management is only going out of its way to collect employee feedback on a yearly basis. I would love to see this happen more regularly. Perhaps quarterly to start out with and eventually monthly or even weekly.
