I can't stress it enough, how unethical and savage management is. I had read reviews and ignored them before I started working at UXUS. Never in my life have I come across such toxic management with no idea how to work with people. One of the highest burnout place you will find and there is a good reason for this. If you care about your mental health and career development, I would recommend you stay far away from this company. You will find everything from favourism to illegal acts working here. One example is when my father passed away unexpectedly, I managed to go and sit with him when he died, then I had to take care of funeral arrangements and everything else as the responsibility landed on me. They used up the majority of my holidays for the days I took off to sort this out, no time to grief. At the same time, another employee had been given free days (unknown amount) to spend with their family as they had a sick family member and they didn't reduce any time or holidays of their contract.
