Poor pay, poor support, poor ethics - Recensione dipendente - Rideshare Driver presso Uber

Treat drivers horribly, driver support is heinously bad, wages can be as low as $10 an hour (then add insurance, gas, mileage on your car) While they take an egregious amount for themselves per ride. Their app is horrendous, GPS takes you down broken down alleys, one way streets, etc. Their competitor Lyft has some issues except they actually pay fair which makes it all tolerable. Have never made less than $20 an hr and they leave a larger percentage of fare to drivers. Uber support once didnt answer me for over 24 hours when I reached out and said I had a safety concern. They quite literally do not care if you die and want you to know it. It's a bad company full of very bad people. Support lyft as a driver and rider.
