- extremely challenging problems to solve - fast moving industry - no one else have solved these kind of problems at scale - employees who take pride in their work, and put passion to provide the best service to drivers and riders and all stakeholders

- can be a bit chaotic to a new person - hard to plan for future work as new things keep coming
