      Imagine yourself working surrounded by high level professionals, where anyone can give and idea and change things on a short period. We do work a lot, but it is a really nice job!

      There could be more work/balance and sometimes we change the strategy too fast, so it is necessary a lot of flexibility from the employees to adapt.
