10yExcellent advice for a growing company. I'll pass on the note about office environment to the Places team. Growth can mean lots of moves and tight quarters -- hopefully some of this will be solved with Oakland and Mission Bay offices. On the mentorship note, we've just rolled out more in depth feedback surveys for managers and are building out employee development content. Thanks!
