10yThank you for your comments around the CSR role. As Uber grows and adds more products, our customer support model becomes more complex. We actually opened 6 customer support centers of excellence (1 in Limerick Ireland, 2 in Phoenix and Chicago, 1 in Wuhan, China, 1 in the Manilla, Philippines and 1 in Hyperbad, India). Lots of new jobs, all over the globe.
