Company has no policy and control in all respect. They are very selfish and more focused about their own growth but employee RETENTION is complete zero. Many good assets of ubique already left this organization and many are waiting to go just because of this non sense and monopoly activities going around here. Company is situated in a place of Kolkata where you will not get your lunch outside.
