Yves does not know how to run this company for growth anymore and is panicking, focused on saving his family fortune through cash infusion from Tencent. He does not care about the employees. His close circle are either his family (making his inexperienced son a co-CEO of the new joint venture for crying out loud!), or a bunch of yes men. No creatives at all in the upper ranks. Just people focused on “efficiency”, as if that alone can save this company. The company lacks viable fresh ideas, and they don’t have the talent in the upper management to make it happen. This company is lost.
