- They pay very less to their employees (keep them on 6 month contract and keep extending it). i have seen people with more than 2 years of experience working as trainee, getting paid less than 15k. - Absolutely no chance of getting full time after completing 6 month internship. - Yearly salary review and hike is pretty low (2-10%) - Politics - Yes - You are expected more and provided less (less resources higher expectation) - Talented people leaving company after working for years because their talent not being awarded. - Company do nothing for the growth of employees. - Apart from it there is no cab facility. and yeah Beware of some bullies in the company
