      Stable company, has managed to not have huge rounds of layoffs like the other big publishers have. They have a large focus on innovation, and there is a chance for creative games to be made.

      Pay is lower than the industry standard, which is low already. If you do not speak French fluently, you have little chance of being promoted to upper management.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
