Very poor leadership - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Ubisoft

The leads, lower management and HR team are young and inexperienced. They cannot make their senior people grow and are very bad at making their employees feel valued, which is justified very sadly by the fact that they are « a horizontal company where everyone is equal ». So not a great place for achievers. Plus, the company makes poor decisions that they are not able to justify and do not care about their employees anymore (« if your are not happy, just leave! »). The company has changed a lot in recent years, and not in a good way
