1. The company provided employment to families member. A lot of family members work in this organization. 2. Nine hours working at the company and they treat you like a call center guy or servant. They always track your timings including lunch time, morning office time, and your laptop screen. If they find any activities like you opening the news, cricket score, etc which are not related to your task, they message you and ask why do not focus on your work. 3. Company owner will message you at least 10-15 times a day even though they know that you are working on the task on priority. 4. They provide the salary mid of month(15th). 15 days salary on hold. 5. Too much micro management. 6. Tight deadlines 7. No career growth
