Get to work with some amazing seniors (however few they are) 4. Timings are super flexible 5. Not much fuss about dress code 6. Most of upper management is very humble and approachable

1. There is always lack of resources in tech team and hence people will get bombarded with work sporadically 2. Very minimal onsite opportunities. And even the rare few who get it don't get as lavish earnings/treatment as MNCs
