      Nice people to work with and such an authentic company culture. You'll enjoy coming to work at this gorgeous loft with a great view by the water. I was very fortunate to meet people who I learned so much from.

      Frequent shift in staffs. Unorganized structure that results in inefficiency. Pay was low but you shouldn't expect great pay if you want priceless experience.

      Learned how to sand, stain, finish, and use basic shop tools like jointer, planar, belt sander, table saw, etc. Learn all this with 0 years of prior woodshop experience.

      Tasks were very repetative (hours spent sanding) before you could progress to more creative tasks. These often involved using more dangerous machinery so made sense.
