      Depending on which team you're in, it can get political when it comes to the opportunity to advance your career and get a promotion. Quite challenging to maintain work-life balance but this also depends on you. As with the fast-paced environment if you really want to advance your career and get involved in some training, you need to persist in asking for it. With a lot on your plate it's also challenging to get involved in training but not impossible.

      The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
