      Decent amount of time off, fun co-workers (management excluded), easily accessible locations due to the nature of the business (i.e. close to freeways for in- and outbound shipping).

      Senior management. The company president instills the fear of God in everyone; that is, she rules through fear rather than positive collaboration. I gave her my two weeks notice simply because I needed to make a geographical shift, and when she was done screaming (and I mean SCREAMING) she told me to leave the building immediately. Gee, just the day before this, she considered me her right-hand man, like I could do no wrong. She's condescending, snobby, verbally abusive, belittling, and does not live in reality. It's too bad people like that get to enjoy the benefits of wealth, because Uline's president does not deserve anything but the worst.

      Uline is a successful family-owned business. We strongly believe in Speed, Passion and Operational Excellence. For some, our culture is not a fit. And yet there are over 5000+ employees who continue to prosper in our journey, and who remain testimonials to our incredible growth.       Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

      Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
