Majority of the managers have no management skill. They ignore you when you ask for help and later come back to slam you for not doing your job well enough. 3. Obvious favoritism toward selected people. They prefer to hire/promote people with certain type of appearance and gender. 4. CEO (the female one, not her husband) can be really abusive in language depending on her moods and whether she likes you. 5. Depends on what team you're in, an associate manager from one team could be doing the most entry level job day-to-day while associate from another team might have a little more responsibility.
