      -good food -I love my team -job stability -nice walking paths -good team lunches and outings -great mentorship and teaching experiences

      Svantaggi

      -strict dress code and in-office behavioral policies -strict time-clocking (minimum 45-48 hr weekly average) -too traditional -no flexibility with work from home policies -sick days are counted in your PTO(which isn't amazing to begin with)

It’s important to us to help manage our employees’ work-life balance. We encourage our employees to work within their work schedule, and leave work at work when it’s time to go home.       Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

      Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
