Very good place to get started and get your name out there. Editors were very helpful and easy to work with. I was a National Team member, which was also a very valuable experience.

It's not paid, which can be an issue for some, but for me it did end up giving me the resume and the clips to go on and get paid jobs.

Being a small company, the payment is less than you'd find at a big organization, but the flexible hours, opportunity to take ownership of projects, and awesome environment in downtown Chicago make up for it.
