Not enough time in the day, this job is fast paced and requires you to be bold, direct, precise efficient, excellent time management skills to be successful. the company system needs to be updated, need more tools for employees (tablets or laptops to write notes on the road) to be more time efficient

In response to your comments on our CRM database, I have good news! We are asking for your input and ideas because will be making improvements our CRM system very soon. No idea or suggestion will be ignored. You are correct, the position rewards the bold and requires our sales reps to have excellent time management skills to be on top of their game. We are constantly looking ways to decrease down-time and increase selling time in the field. We have purchase tablets for each sales rep, but they will issue as reward once you meet or exceed you rolling 90 day average. This will improve your efficiency in the field and save a lot of time. What I like most about my job is the fact I can be trusted to get the job/task done with little supervision. I am able to set the curriculum for all my trainees. I like to make my training as hands-on as possible. I like "infotainment" style and subscribe to the FISH book philosophy to make work fun. I like the responsibility to train brand new sales reps from all industries in week or less to start earning commissions immediately. My last employer had a boring and 4 week long training program that was very rigid and unable to modify. I love the challenge to complete new tasks/projects. I was tapped to redo all our product technical specs, featured and benefits. I very proud of the Sales Reference books I created from scratch, since they are now used in the field with prospective clients. Recently, I have been task to write the user manual for our CRM system, to make it easier to learn. Bring it on! I work an average of 60-65 hours a week, every week, not because I have to, but because I am constantly developing training material, handouts, job aids. I am dedicated to better my trainees and help them to perfect their skill-set in any way I can.

None really. but someone stole my red stapler. Please give it back it was the original stapler used in the movie Office Space.
