Thank you very much for your feedback on your time at Ultimate, it’s very much valued and we take on every point that you have raised.
We truly value our team, and one of the ways for us to demonstrate this is through salaries and bonuses, we’re really pleased to hear these are two areas where you gave positive feedback. We do recognise that everyone values different aspects of a job however, and so we are taking on board all of your feedback.
We can only apologise if anything was said in an interview that did not live up to your expectations, however we feel that this was an isolated incident, and is reflected in the tenure of many of the team. We do take this seriously however, and are always looking towards new ways to ensure that the recruitment and induction process is as successful as possible. We are sorry to hear that you feel there has been some behaviour that has been less favourable, and we are on a journey to rectify this. We’re very sorry you felt there were not opportunities to advance; this is an opinion that we absolutely do not want our team to feel and we are already in the process of putting in place an open and transparent progression structure across every department.
