Working with UKI as a contractor is a solid and simple experience. From scheduling, onsite support, to invoicing, it takes minimal time and communication and everything is where it needs to be when it needs to be there. I can focus 100% of my attention on the project I was hired for.

Leaders think that it’s ok to monitor what we write in chat and hold it against us when we’re trying to talk through a problem. Micromanaging. Owner thinks he is the god and customer. No product nor data driven decision making. People has never been in product development who is leading the boat, no prioritization nor doing what’s best for the product. Coo is clueless never worked with a software product. They will never win in the commercial sector. So better stay with the government.
