The non-management people are great bunch of people to work with once you get to know them. They're some of the most helpful people.

Poor training. Direct supervisor approachable and often unavailable. They over promise but underdeliver. Policies only enforced for those that work on the second floor. Low pay. Very 'clicky' and gossipy. Management is uninvolved with new hires and allow them the fail with poor training. They expect new hires to train themselves. Their work instructions are over complicated confusing rendering them useless to new hires and their training. Reviews are always late by three months minimum. I worked there a year and a half before I received my review and raise. Also the pay is very low and they can't keep new hires. The moral is low for the regular employees because management is more worried about their employee handbook and policies than improving job quality.
