The company had a glorious past, pioneering the industry and attracting talents from all over the world, until some 6 years ago...

The company started to loose its focus, completely neglecting it's R+D, failing it's customers and releasing less than stellar products onto the market. While the upper management traveled the world in a self-celebrating manner for frequent and fruitless brainstorming sessions, spending money that would have been needed for product fixes, the company ironically not only managed to completely ignore the real market needs but to also loose all its key resources world wide as a result of intimidation tactics and layoffs towards whomever dares to criticize the managements (lack of) strategy and the company's enormous shortcomings thereof.
