It's a job and a paycheck. The people are the redeeming quality. Good people in the broker pen that deal with alot and can still be pleasant to one another.

Bad corporate culture. Always hring and terminating. Revolving door with bad environment. Operates more on feat than positive reinforcement and team mentality. the grass isn't always greener. Ask yourself why there are so many job listings all the time? My advice pass on it if you have another option. Selling is their business they will tell you anything you want hear.

Old review that no longer applies to our current office culture and management.
✅️They will constanly wake the driver up.
✅️Texting and calling non stop.
Even waiting on the paper work they drive you crazy.
4 seperate people texting and calling. Just stop already. I will send the Bills when i get them.
