Svantaggi
The entire company is terrible, the owner is blind to modern changes and how the retail experience is changing. They firmly enforce ties for all guys, even though you can walk into any Verizon store and see guys in T shirts and jeans. There are no benefits to speak of. You get a 401k after a year of service, only 1 week of vacation that you can't use until you accumulate it over the year. A crappy vision and dental plan, no health insurance, no set schedules and staffing shortages. hourly wage is abysmal. You will be lucky to make $10. The Commission structure was changed 3 times over my 2 years there, and it got worse every time. if you don't get enough new lines, you basically don't get paid anything, no matter how many upgrades you get or accessories you sell. Unless you work in Stevens point you will not have a chance to get promoted. With being short staffed consistently, I was asked to work 6 days a week and had to beg for Sundays off even to the dismay of management. My advice, go apply to Cellcom across the street, you get way better benefits including 3 weeks of PTO starting! plus a 401k after 90 days and health insurance after 90 days!
