I've just been with Ultratech for two weeks as a Junior Engineer Trainee in the Ultratechies program. Moving from a Tier 1 city to a more rural area was first daunting for me, but the amenities offered by the group are more than sufficient to maintain a good standard of living. Then the first day arrived, when we were greeted with goodies. A seamless onboarding process was ensured by the HR department's strong support for new hires. You may pick up a lot of expertise from the seniors, who are also very encouraging and informed. It's an excellent place to work.
