Unless you have a good relationship with someone high up, your feedback is likely to be quietly sidelined. * Opportunities are sometimes pursued long past their expiry date * Decision making can be very slow. * Structure feels top-heavy - there are many stakeholders, and many with duplicated/hazy shared responsibilities. * Unstable company to work for. Third redundancy round in 4 years. Well-trodden fire & rehire path.

      Can't think of anything major. Only thing to mention: - possibly not enough focus on improving the overall system architecture and core technology. Engineering efforts can get a bit fragmented.
