The base salaries are good. They have to pay everyone above market to keep anyone there, and even still the turnover is really high.

You're selling your soul to work here. There is no integrity in this company at all, at any level. The CEO has a history of trying to change sales comp plans after quarter has already closed, and withhold earned commissions from team members. You're selling data on people who have not actually consented to have their data sold. No one would willingly let their data be used this way when it has such a high potential for abuse. See any of the many public news stories for more details. Terrible culture with bad leadership who don't know what they're doing and don't even know the company's own products.
