Fun and modern offices, free food and drinks, surfing every Thursday morning, offsites are amazing, we try and hire intelligent, fun, nice, motivated people - sometimes we fail but we’ve been good at saving our great culture even in times of hyper growth (from 30-250 in the last 3 years). We’ve also learned to help move negative people on - yes you will have read some of their whiny 😫 reviews - it’s always amazing to see the positive changes when they are gone :).
