Great management team, positive and ultra competent crew, amazing new digs (not open space galore), willingness to constantly improve, genuine desire for work/life balance... the list goes on and on... It really is just the best place to work in Van.

Self-introspecting, exploring and experimenting are all necessary in a growing company, but also have downsides in the form of unclear directions and wasted efforts.

Not many. Post Insightly merging with Unbounce, the company really went downhill. Non differentiating product in a very crowded CRM marketplace and now being coupled with a landing page optimization tool that is not differentiating. A few bright spots left in management within the SDR team and enablement, but that’s it.

Weak and visionless senior leadership team. Constantly shifting and changing priorities and strategies, none of which the senior leadership team can drive execution on because they are in over their head. Marketing team has zero idea how to generate leads for sales and have underperformed their targets for quarters on end with zero change or being held accountable..thus putting sales in an impossible position to be successful. The Unbounce business is almost 100% self serve and are a stale player in their respective market. No reps hitting quota. This company will be dead in 24 months tops
